Our client is one of the top global players in the healthcare industry. To support the company''s further development, we are looking for an experienced, talented and driven professional for the position of Demand Planning Manager. This person will secure timely finished good stock availability for the Region through the effective demand planning within Sales & Operations Planning Process.
You will report to Operations Director for the region and your main duties will be:
- Lead demand planning for the region
- Lead Sales & Operation Planning process
- Manage stock optimization in distribution centers across the region
- Work closely with Country Managers to fulfill orders according to agreed rules and processes\
- Work closely with Finance teams to align logistic and financial forecasts by identifying gaps, opportunities, assumptions
- Manage excess inventory and obsolescence process
- You have a Bachelor/Master degree in business or other technical discipline
- You have minimum 4 years experience in operations planning, logistics or manufacturing
- You are experienced team manager with track record of successes
- You have an experience with forecasting methodology and supply chain concepts and an experience in S&OP process
- You have experience with demand and/or operations planning applications, database management tools, spreadsheet applications, and report writing tools
- You speak fluently English
- You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
