We are looking for:
Department Head for Operation Support
Place of work: Kraków
Responsibilities:
- Full responsibility for managing the daily operations witin the field of Operation Support Department including maintaining operational efficiency, delivering service in line with internal clients’ expectations, managing workload and resources, managing demand and capacity by ensuring the teams are right sized to meet forecast demand from the clients
- Establish a functional process at best practice level and continously develop the Operation Support Department
- Communicating with internal clients and resources, preparing estimations and coordinating the workflow to meet clients expectations and deadlines
- Working closely with clients on examinations of processes to identify opportunities for process improvements and possibilities for transfer to Poland office
- Reporting to Managing Director of APPLY Poland
- Supporting other Department Heads as well as HR and Administration Department
- Working from Poland, with ability for ad hoc travelling in Europe
Requirements:
- Graduate with higher education (technical education will be an asset)
- Minimum 10 years of profesional experience, prior management experience in global business enviroment is necessary
- Practical and theoretical experience with bussines related issues, preferably oil & gas industry
- Very good command of written and spoken English
- Strong managment skills
- Personality traits: self-motivated with a proactive attitude, customer orriented, problem solving approach, excellent communication skills
