Deployment Lead with Java

The opportunity is for a hands-on engineering team lead to facilitate the success of a team of 10 passionate technologists.
The goal is to ensure that the team have the support and guidance they need to both deliver and innovate technology in an agile and effective way. The role will support the navigation of corporate process and headwinds, communication with other technology clients, day to day delivery ceremony.
Technical Innovation depends critically on delivery of viable outcomes that can be adopted across the organisation, so the final competency is keeping the team focused on the delivery of those outcomes and goals.
You have some of:
- Experience in leading a development team (min. 5-3 years)
- Knowledge of Infrastructure As Code tooling (Puppet, Ansible, Terraform, Vault, Consul)
- Experience with containerization and orchestration technologies (Docker, Kubernetes, Azure Kubernetes Service)
- Experience with containerization scanning, monitoring and security tools; gvisor, Sysdig, Aquasec
- Worked with CI/CD toolset including Github, TeamCity, Jenkins, Nexus
