Our Client represents a Private Equity sector. To support the merge of 3 production plants in Poland we are seeking to recruit an experienced, finance professional for the position of the Deputy CFO. The successful candidate will be responsible for finance and administration areas and will report and cooperate on daily basis with the General Manager and CFO. It is a great possibility for individuals who are looking for a new challenge with wide scope of duties and who want to take part in building a position of the business on the Polish market.
- Coordinate booking and accounting processes
- Ensure the integrity of the financial statements and supervise monthly closing process
- Prepare month and annual management accounts and provide analysis on the company performance
- Supervise and control stocks and warehousing
- Cooperate with local tax authorities
- Take an active role in controlling and managing office facilities
- Manage and control the IT investment into the Polish office
- Relevant academic background (finance, accounting)
- Minimum 3 years of experience on a position of a chief accountant/financial controller in an international environment
- Comprehensive knowledge of taxes and accounting law and experience in performing statutory and financial reporting
- Very good knowledge of English
- Communication skills, open-minded
- Self-starter with good organizational skills
