For our Client, dynamically growing international logistic company we are looking for an experienced professional for the position of: Deputy Director of Operations

Responsibilities:
- Coordinate logistic service delivery for key business clients
- Review financial information and adjust operational budgets to promote profitability
- Evaluate overall performance by gathering, analyzing and interpreting data and metrics
- Oversee the project's quality assurance as well as corrective actions to ensure compliance
- Represent operational department on meetings with current and prosper clients
- Implement TPM and TQM techniques of production management
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in logistic or similar field required
- 3 years of related work experience
- At least C1 English needed
- Advance ability to manage big group of workers (100 FTE+);
- Working knowledge of data analysis and performance/operation metrics
- Ability to administer an operating budget
- Excellent organizational and leadership abilities
