The successful candidate will be responsible for management of a 5+ FTE team:
- Managing relationship with all project stakeholders (line management, business, AM, PM, Interface partners etc.)
- Organizing and leading the project team (i.e. planning and managing allocated resources, shaping priorities, coordinating interactions with customers and users, and keeping the project team focused)
- Participating in requirements analysis and software design
- Participating in software implementation
- Establishing a set of practices that ensures the integrity and quality of project work products
- Ensuring that software documentation is maintained
- 5+ years in software development
- Strong managerial skills
- Very good communication skills and ability to work in the team
- Experience with Agile methodologies
- Experience with Oracle DB and PL/SQL
- Experience with Oracle Forms
- Experience with Oracle Reports
- Fluent English
Nice to have:
- Java experience
- Experience with Oracle APEX
- Experience with other Oracle Fusion Middleware products
- Experience with Microsoft Sharepoint systems
- Experience in industrial projects
Our Customer is the World leader in gases, technologies and services for Industry and Health, The Company innovates for the sake of progress while striving to ally dynamic growth, consistent performances and responsibility over the long term.
The goal of the project is the maintenance and development of a large-scale corporate financial system used by over 500 users located in 10 countries (Eastern Europe). The system is based on SAP and Oracle DB/Forms/Reports. Main focus for the team would be on maintenance (SL3 only), but more than 50% of efforts would be on new features development.
