DevOps Engineer

Rate: up to 960-1200 PLN/ MD/ B2B or job contract

Localization: Katowice, 100% remote (visit in Katowice at least twice in a month after pandemic)

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with other internal teams to incorporate security, reliability, and scalability throughout the lifecycle
• Analyze, design, implement and validate continuous integration strategies, build, test and deploy cloud-based infrastructure
• Design and implement automated, dynamic environments supporting the needs of development teams
• Design, develop, and document an automated cloud-based continuous integration architecture and maintain a global, highly available 24x7 SaaS environment in accordance with internal and external service level agreements
• Manage your critical code database for a version control service using Git
• Use monitoring techniques to detect and report problems early

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of commercial experience in DevOps with AWS
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or similar, supplemented with real-world programming experience
• Experience implementing and administering dependency management and static code analysis platforms (Nexus / SonarQube)
• Experience in creating automated build/deploy pipelines including incorporating automated testing for .Net Core, C#, Python, JavaScript
• Knowledge with AWS services (ex: EC2, S3, RDS)
• Experience automation tools and methodologies like GitLab and GitLab Pipelines
• Knowledge PowerShell and Docker containers
• B2/C1 English, written as well as spoken

• Experiences as Infrastructure as Code, Terraform, AWS CloudFormation, Hashicorp
• Amazon Web Services console, CLI, APIs
• AWS Certification
• Configuration Management Tools
