Recruitment process for this position and onboarding trainings are conducted online.
What do you need to start?
- Expert knowledge of monitoring and logging of Kubernetes clusters (on-premise and/or in public clouds) and required metrics and logs
- Experiences with monitoring and logging systems, particularly Prometheus, Loki, Grafana, and Sentry
- Experience in integrating monitoring and logging systems
- Good understanding of implementing monitoring dashboards
- Good understanding of Git version control system
- Good debugging and problem-solving skills
It's not essential, but we appreciate if you also have:
- Good understanding of Agile practices (particularly Scrum)
- Knowledge of cloud-native security aspects or having a
- Public cloud certificates
What duties will help you grow?
- Monitoring and supporting a high availability cloud-based production environment, collecting, aggregating, and triaging relevant metrics and logs provided by tools like PagerDuty
- Reacting to alerts, events, and incidents and liaising with customer’s technical teams along with an internal apps team for a timely resolution of any incoming issues
- Working with Python, Bash Scripts and Terraform
