• Clear understanding of devops and lean processes.
• Good experience from continuous delivery and continuous integration.
• Excellent communicating and collaborating skills.
• Track record from projects using automation, toolchaining and cloud infrastructure.
• Experience with release management in open source products is a bonus.
• Worked closely with key stakeholders, the development and infrastructure teams, and Technology Strategy Architecture team to ensure product stability and uptime.
• Strong experience with public clouds, preferably AWS and experience from continuous deployment and delivery.
• Deep understanding of Devops skills across build and release, continuous Integration and automation tools such as Jenkins/Git/Puppet/Ansible/Docker.
• Experience working with App Server and Open source components: Tomcat, Memcached, Varnish cache.
• Experience in supporting Java applications in Linux.
• Experience with scripting languages as Python and Ruby.
• Experience using monitoring/logging tools and understanding of network topology, DNS & load balanced environments: nginx/varnish cache/haproxy.
• Strong analytical and strategic skills with clear understanding of the lifecycle of software based services.
• Fluent skills in English, written and spoken.
• Knowledge about Agile development methods like Scrum and Kanban
