Position purpose
The Digital Adoption Manager primary focus is to drive End Users behaviour in order to achieve proper digital transformation acceptance, educate users and achieve high usage of digital tools and systems like O365, Win10, Virtual Assistants etc. This is achieved by executing various methods of target group analysis, communication and user engagement techniques e.g. gamification.
The position entails a lot of Client facing work including occasional international travel (onsite workshops with the Client etc.)
Main accountabilities
As Digital Adoption Manager you will be responsible for the following activities:
- Driving Adoption / High usage of the automation tools – coordination of all communication activities including gamification, newsletters, communication content creation, building and maintaining communication best practices, close interaction with the customer and its communication team
- Customer expectations management – work closely with the Customer, Project Team and Transition/Transformation Manager during transition/transformation phase to identify and inform proper audience (Customer management, end users, project team, business representatives) of communication related to products Capgemini introduce for the Customer
- Execute existing methods and propose new creative ways of promoting digital tools in Customer’s environment
- Reporting – measuring and reporting on results, identifying problem areas and applying corrective actions
- Vendor Management – work closely with one of our vendors to deliver design of the communication
- Assist in Persona creation – work with User Experience Manager to build and deliver Personas
- Create and Share Best practices – during the project gather and effectively share Best Practices with other Team members
Candidate’s profile
- Self disciplined with „Can do” attitude
- Strong Experience in Client Facing activities
- Experience, practical knowledge and strong understanding of Project Management methods
- Effective business communication and presentation skills
- Goal oriented attitude with low supervision needed
- Corporate social media awareness, marketing or communication background will be an asset
- Proven tract of Client facing activities
- Strong presentation skills
- Excellent English language skills both verbal and written
