The Digital Advertising Technical Team takes care of the management of customer interactions to increase customer satisfaction and improve service quality, specifically for technical integration on the advertisers’ webpages.
- Coach and mentor technical specialists on the team
- Maintain skill set and SME status by contributing to productivity of the team as a Senior Technical Specialist (act as escalation path for junior technical specialists)
- Conduct quality audits of the team and calibrate on a regular cadence with the client to ensure QA is measured accurately, making swift corrections to methodology should they vary
- Ensure tickets are responded to correctly and effectively with accurate code (where applicable) and theyare updated properly and assigned the appropriate tag categories (e.g. bug, product feedback)
- Identify gaps and areas for improvement in execution processes and propose improvement solutions
- Excellent communication skills (written and oral, in English), impeccable grammar, strong attention to detail, and the ability to write in a brand's voice are required
- Minimum 1 year of experience in reading and modifying JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and/or XML
- Proven good judgment in navigating and resolving sensitive situations, demonstrate speed, agility, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills in their work, ability to ramp up quickly
- Attention to detail with the ability to complete a large volume of work quickly and independently
- Experience in reporting tools (ex: Microsoft Excel)
- 1+ years working in a Digital marketing/sales organization
- 1+ years working with online advertising products and social media
- 6+ months experience with digital marketing tracking
- Experience representing a company, brand, or product on social media
- Using foreign language and new technology solutions daily, cooperating with various global Clients.
