As a Digital Strategy Analyst you would be expected to:

Participate in developing strategies and solutions addressing major client issues, possibly spanning multiple functional areas

Help monitor and gain intelligence required to solve client issues by integrating data from various internal and external sources

Proactively pursue, track and tackle emerging or unexpected issues

FS Distribution & Marketing jobs stipulate certain requirements. Candidates for Digital Strategy Analysts are expected to possess competencies in the following areas:

Honors or Master’s degree from a world class university proven by a superior academic record

Minimum 1 year of consulting experience working on strategy projects, preferably in the financial services sector or a proven internship or training program record in consulting or financial services companies

Knowledge or experience in at least one of the following: corporate strategy development, operating model design and valuation and financial modeling
-
Knowledge or experience in at least one of the following industries: banking, insurance or capital markets, preferably with exposure to projects creating industry specific digital transformation value propositions

Knowledge of financial product design, pricing, financing and risk management

Knowledge of management information systems and their use in strategic, performance and risk management

Experience in market and competitive research and analysis

Knowledge of strategic financial management would be an asset

Working knowledge of financial services regulatory framework would be an asset

Strong problem-solving skills combined with the ability to creatively untangle complex issues and develop innovative and efficient solutions within a narrow time frame
