Digital Design and Production Team Lead

Responsibilites
- Lead ISC Digital Design and Production team supporting WMA marketing and creative team.
- Manage team volume and workflow in a high performing and fast-paced environment with a deep understanding of timing and priority of each project.
- Develop deep knowledge of the brand and be able to train and direct design team; able to interpret the brand in relevant ways.
- Act as more than a coder/designer. Must possess ability to understand the strategic ask for project and the ability to articulate questions so that designer can fulfill ask. Prepare to make creative decisions within brand guidelines
- Drive design excellence by providing clear direction and convey an understanding of user experience (UX), site architecture, copy/content and front-end development best practices
- Balance technical, business and user requirements
- Synthesize feedback and relay it appropriately and manage quality control
- Interface with Creative Solutions team leads on an ongoing basis
- Stay up to date on industry trends
- Participate in weekly status meetings
- Participate in ongoing creative training with the Weehawken office
