What does the team do?

Your daily duties will include
- Coordinating deployment of Degreed – learning experience platform:
- Driving content and curation strategies in partnership with business lines
- Completing curation of Degreed pathways
- Actively using Degreed and gaining product expertise, being first point of contact for all queries
- Creating ongoing engagement, marketing and communication activities post-launch
- Defining key success measures and reporting strategy to track measures post-launch
- Working in partnership with the businesses to align activities around key business initiatives and objectives
- Managing team of e-learning developers
- Project management of future L&D tech projects
We expect
- 3+ years of experience in the digital learning field
- Project Management skills
- Openness and ability to communicate with various stakeholders
- Technical drive, willingness to explore new technologies to support L&D function
- Experience in managing a team
- Experience with e-learning tools (e.g. Adobe Captivate) – nice to have
- Familiarity with Degreed, Power BI, Success Factors – nice to have
- Fluent knowledge of English and Polish, both verbal and written
- Focus on the quality of work
- Self-assessment and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively with the team
