Accenture Operations provides business process services for specific functions, including finance and accounting; procurement and supply chain; and marketing & sales. We are looking for a qualified digital project manager to join our team and lead an international digital content delivery project. You will be responsible for managing a 100% digital projects creating, improving and maintaining digital content workflows and operations to achieve customer business goals. Your duties will  include monitoring web traffic and metrics to identify best practices. As a Manager, you should perform well under deadlines and be detail-oriented. If you are also an expert in content optimization and brand consistency, we would like to meet you. Ultimately, you should be able to oversee all content initiatives to ensure customer engagement, brand consistency and a positive customer experience.

What will you do:
  • lead engagement planning and budgeting;  
  • mobilize and manage delivery teams including internal vertical teams and/or external agencies (areas: content management teams, creative teams, SEO, UX, analytics teams) with a strong understanding of production dependencies within digital marketing activities; 
  • define team structure & manage team evolution through project lifecycle; 
  • facilitate buy-in of proposed solutions from top management levels at the client; 
  • direct on-time, quality delivery of work products within a complex customer ecosystem spanning across global markets & brands at an international scale;
  • coordinate insight and business intelligence activities driving a team generating production & business KPI reports, present outcomes and drive the conversation with customer around continuous improvement plans;  
  • manage engagement economics; 
  • support continuous technology and process innovation leveraging new trends & industry best practices within digital marketing and digital automation
Client Management: 
  • Manage day to day interactions with executive clients and sponsors
Business Development: 
  • Develop and maintain contact with top decision makers at key clients; organize and lead pursuit teams; participate and lead aspects of the proposal development process; contribute to the development of proposal pricing strategies
People Development: 
  • Perform role of counselor and coach; provide input and guidance into the staffing process; actively participate in staff recruitment and retention activities; provide leadership and support for delivery teams and staff in local offices.
What do we expect from you?
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant digital marketing & digital content or industry experience 
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience leading content implementation projects
  • Knowledge of main digital CMS platforms (Adobe Experience Manager a must) and of Marketing automation tools, of digital content production & delivery industry best practices and workflow & ticketing systems
  • Strong experience leading large sized teams and digital delivery engagements, including client and consulting staff
  • Knowledge of agile methodology
  • Strong oral and written communication skills, facilitation, documentation, and presentation skills
  • Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment
