Digital media & development manager

- Take part in developing a common digital and social media strategy for Central Europe
- Development of Tesco non-transactional digital channels with main focus on websites – including strategy, user experience design, user interface design, development (coding both front and back end), testing, analysis and reporting
- Close cooperation with responsible agencies – creative digital, development, SEO and media
- Analysis of online performance against KPI's in order to suggest improvements to the customer journey
- Actively take part in all Central Europe campaigns and support the whole digital team
- Manage the given country digital budgets to ensure effective investments to right things for our strategic customers
- Active searching for new opportunities in the digital world that can ensure that Tesco will be viewed as a leader in digital communication
- University education
- Extensive Marketing experience, ideally within a retail and/ or multi-site consumer business, experience in digital and brand marketing
- Driving licence
- Fluent English is required
- Experienced in people management
- Customer Focus, Personal Integrity, Managing Performance, Managing Change, Strategic thinking
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, People leadership skills, Organizational and analytical skills,
- Skilled with PC(MS Office, Excel, Word, Power point)
