Role Summary:
Work closely with high profile internal customers. Use a blend of DocuSign Electronic Signature product knowledge, technical capabilities, and persuasive skills – as well as persistence and patience - to support internal customers in the implementation and deployment of use cases. Whilst the main tasks of this role will be supporting the Firm’s Electronic Signature capabilities, there may be opportunity to also support other Automation endeavours over time.

Role Responsibilities:
- Support thriving Electronic Signature programs for internal customers with well-articulated benefits
- Lead customer implementations using Aon best-practices and use product knowledge and insights to inform deployment plans
- Drive customers’ success and satisfaction with high-impact deployment of Electronic Signature by aligning business value with product capabilities, producing exceptional, measurable results
- Quantify and present program success metrics to executive sponsors and leadership
- Coordination of Business Readiness and planning deployment approaches for developed solutions
- Support the team in project planning activities, estimating, and evaluating risks
- Engaging with business stakeholders to facilitate communication around project progress and removing roadblocks
- Identification of process optimization opportunities that need to be actioned prior to electronic signature operational deployments
- Creation of detailed process description, mapping, documentation and walkthrough that can be directly used for Electronic Signature solution design and development
Required Experience:
- Minimum 1 year of experience as Business Analyst
- Minimum 3 year of experience in international company
- Experience with enterprise software deployment projects; preference to experience with SaaS-based deployments.
- RPA knowledge and experience would be an advantage
- Technical capabilities and aptitude: coding/development API experience is valued but not required, while strong capabilities in leading discussions on technical topics are necessary to be successful
- Ability to combine excellence at both the tactical detail and strategic/programmatic levels
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal), English level: C1 or higher
- Strong Understanding of Electronic Signature software capabilities and constrains
- Experience in process optimization through lean/six-sigma methodologies
- Process Mapping background/experience
- Good understanding of process digitization solutions is a plus
- Highly motivated and proactive
