While working within the Local Client Representative (LCR) team, you shall receive support from your immediate colleagues and broader LCR crew. Job Description:
- Gather requirements to develop detailed project plans and project estimations to task level (if necessary);
- Help develop and manage project schedules in tandem with the Delivery Team in time to deliver the project on time and on budget;
- Obtaining appropriate business unit approvals and sign-offs of project plans, change requests, Business Requirements Specification (BRS);
- Proactively track & monitor health and status of project;
- Keep lines of communication open among all project stakeholders through regular status meetings;
- Proactively track all issues and changes;
- Identify, assess and manage risks, severity and impacts, determine and implement risk mitigation strategies.
- Prepare and/or present project status reports to various levels within management and the Local Client Representatives (if necessary);
- Plan, organize, lead and manage LCR related activities, including accredited local agency, full-time Local Client Representative resources and 3rd party vendor / partner resources/activities (if any);
- Proactively assist the business to identify upcoming conflicts and resource gaps;
- Serve as primary interface with Client on project planning and management;
- Contribute in creative brainstorms to improve the quality of Local Client Representative’ services
