What do you need to start?
- Client Management skills
- 3-4 years’ experience in team support services (Operations)
- Intermediate level knowledge of Excel (advance features)
- Excellent communication skills (English, Good to have other language expertise)
- Intermediate Power BI knowledge
- Good Analytical skills
- Ability to be a reliable, hands-on deliverer of quality results.
- Strong team-working skills with ability to work independently.
- Comfortable working in cross-functional teams and working in an unstructured environment.
- Organized, proactive and results oriented.
What duties will help you grow?
- Know how to connect and consume SQL Tables and cubes data in excel / PowerBI reports.
- Experience in dealing with clients/vendors.
- Manage field escalations (including escalation to corp teams, as required)
- Daily report analysis of client reports and publishing weekly or monthly as per business rhythm.
- Ad hoc reporting
- It Also include data processing, analysis, and reporting.
