Digital UX and UI Manager
You will be accountable for :
- Managing the Provident Digital UX and UI team ensuring right level of capability within the team
- Designing and developing great online customer experience – data and customer driven
- Site architecture and content management
- Developing a program of continuous improvement through A/B testing of new site features, page design, customer journey etc.
- Developing strategic and tactical initiatives that leverage social media opportunities
- Improving customer conversion funnel across all digital lead sources
- Ensuring effective usage of marketing automation tools to drive best customer experience
- Developing and maintaining roadmap for site development
- Work closely with business and IT teams on new features delivery
Requirements:
- Minimum 3years of managerialexperience
- UX and UI expertise
- Broad digital experience across key areas of content management, paid advertising, analytics and customer experience testing; broad knowledge of all digital disciplines
- Customer centric thinking and strong commercial sense
- Strong project management skills and experience in agile implementations
- Good communication skills and ability to influence key stakeholders
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English
