- Responsible for disputes and deductions
- Investigates and reviews credit risks involving customers and suppliers
- Evaluates credit history
- Handles day to day activities and refers the most delicate matters to the supervisor
- Regularly reflects the status of disputes and deductions activities
- 1 to 2 years of Business experience in OTC
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills and ability to maintain professional business contact
- Very good English and Dutch
- Proactiveness, improvements driver, problem solver
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, SAP
- Using foreign language and new technology solutions daily, cooperating with various global Clients.
