Distribution CE Change Manager

- Developing Innovative new approaches to the Distribution operations
- Delivering change programmes and projects throughout Central Europe
- Working with Country Change Managers in deploying and delivering change
- Using the Lean Six Sigma approach to developing and delivering change
- Engaging Distribution, Store, Supply Chain and Product teams in developing change
- Leading Natural Work Teams in Distribution and Cross Functionally
- Working with external Industry bodies and Suppliers to support Distribution change
- Tracking projects from Pilot to Rollout in collaboration with our Finance and Distribution teams
- Innovative, radical and prepared to challenge what we do today
- Ability to speak confidently and communicate in English a key requirement
- Formal project management skills required with Lean Six Sigma Green Belt preferred
- Experience of engaging and influencing key stakeholders
- Extensive experience of working cross functionally in step change projects
- Confident and responsible profile
- Great Financial awareness gained in a previous Project Role
- Experience in Distribution, Supply Chain, Manufacturing preferred
- Must be capable of using their initiative and working independently through Central Europe
