Divisional Strategic Marketing Analyst Senior
Job Purpose Statement
Develops, implements and recommends upon high impact / highly complex parts of EMEA business strategies, tactics & market development programmes. These include effective business analysis, short & long range planning, revenue management, service & network development etc.
Conceptualises and implements novel solutions / models / processes that improve decision making and organisational effectiveness.

Key Accountabilities:
• Co-ordinates & participates in the development of a challenging but realistic EMEA revenue plan that encompasses multiple critical business factors (incorporates the strategic goals & resource constraints, external market conditions & drivers etc).
• Facilitates strategic & tactical business decision making within EMEA by developing & leading a specific part of the market analysis (competition, market research, segmentation etc). Conceptualises, develops & uses effective processes & tools to identify, secure & manage the necessary internal & external resources (people, budget, time etc) to achieve the results. Interprets results, develops scenarios & recommendations relating to highly complex, dynamic business issues/cases & presents to senior/executive management for approval.
• Leads the timely development of an accurate divisional forecasts (all countries, all new or existing products, short or long-range) that supports executive management in decision making. Delivers revenue projections supporting business cases of large capital investment projects. Advises Senior Management on risks, opportunities and critical business factors. Secures Senior Management sign-off and communicates typically up to Corporate level.
• Leads the development of business cases to assess business opportunities (service and/or network development, profit improvement areas etc.), makes a recommendation and facilitates decision-making at executive management level. Leads implementation of and communication on highly complex EMEA programs, supporting the strategy through cross-functional taskforces.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree or professional qualification in quantitative discipline (Business Degree, Statistics or Masters degree)
• Fluent in English
• Good written & verbal communication skills
• Basic presentation skills
• Good persuasion & influencing skills
• Good interpersonal skills
• Good analytical skills with experience of qualitative and quantitative analysis
• Able to interpret volumes of complex data draw logical conclusions
• Accurate and Numerate
• PC literate including good MS Office skills
• Basic knowledge of the internet/intranet environment
