Our client is a well-know multinational financial services company which is currently expanding its operations in Central & Eastern Europe. In order to fulfill their ambitious plans, we are currently looking for an experienced individual to undertake the role of Country Manager of their newly formed leasing company in Poland.
- Manage start-up of a leasing company in Poland
- Take responsibility for all marketing and sales activities to ensure a fast start up of/ and a continued strong deal pipe line
- Develop and implement a profitable growth strategy
- Develop effective sales programs for dealers and dealer relationships
- Manage a sales force that effectively converts new business opportunities into quality orders
- Represent the company towards clients, business partners and external authorities
- Take responsibility for the country's Profit and Loss
- Build a strong business network with dealers and customers
- Ensure business operations is in full compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
- Proven successes in achieving results as a consequence of leadership skills, ability to persuade and influence, and the quality of argument and thinking
- Minimum 5 years of experience on a Sales Director position in an international company from the leasing / vendor finance industry (transportation business would be an advantage)
- Extensive understanding of the local leasing and financing practices
- Ability to deal with internal and external contacts at all levels
- Result-oriented self-starter with outstanding organizational and communication skills
- Fluency in Polish and English is a must
