On behalf of our Client, we are currently seeking a eBusiness Service Manager to join a Shared Service Centre located in Warsaw.
The eBusiness Service Manager will be responsible for managing eBusiness Service projects on a global scale by leading the continuous development and improvement of Service websites in coordination with all Business Units. Other main responsibilities include: developing new service functionalities and ideas in eBusiness communication, representing the global service team in all relevant eBusiness projects and providing technical support to local organizations and their service pages.
The Candidate should have a degree in marketing communications, business administration or IT. You have to have experience in B2B marketing, online marketing and communication. Experience in Project Management is required. You also have to be familiar with publishing and content managing tools such as Adobe CQ5 or CMS and MS Office applications. The Candidate has to be a globally-oriented, communicative person, as they will interact with various different cultures and work in an international environment. For this reason, you have to speak English fluently. Knowledge of another language is highly welcome. The eBusiness Service Manager must be enthusiastic, independent, self-sufficient and able to travel internationally for about 10-15% of the time.
