For our Client, global manufacturer of components for automotive sector, we are currently looking for the EDI Specialist.
On this position you will be responsible for the pro-active monitoring of all relevant system components of the productive EDI system "Axway TSIM", providing level 1 and level 2 support for EDI operations and level 1 and 2 incident and problem management with responsibility for resolution and root cause analysis, monitoring, maintenance and reporting of system/database/interface availability within Operating Level Agreements.
You will be working with team in the global delivery model with team members spread across multiple geographies, managing external contacts (customers, suppliers, VAN, etc.) and interact with external business partners - onboarding, testing, escalation, clearing etc.
EDI Specialist (Monitoring and Operations) should have practical knowledge of EDI Systems (including administration), incident tools/procedures and processes in the automotive industry and working experience in Service Design, Transition and Operation Support using Axway Trade Sync integration manager (TSIM).
Advanced Skills in mapping development and regional/global EDI standards (EDIFACT, VDA, ANSI, ODETTE, ...) and in TSIM-Tools like Object Browser, Resource Control Browser, Retrieval & Archive and OFTP-Monitoring are also required. The Candidate for this role should be open for business travels and to be on call (outside of normal working hours). Very good English is a must.
