EDI Support Specialist

Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) team is concentrating on developing, implementing and supporting electronic data interchange in Supply Chain Management processes with major focus on Convenience and fuel B2B areas.

We are looking for a candidate for EDI Support Specialist to strengthen the team working with growing demand for EDI with our business partners. The position is located in Warsaw and will support Business Units in all countries where SFR is present. The position is in Integration Team being a part of IT Infrastructure division.

Main tasks in Production Support will be including (but not limited to):

• Daily monitoring of the EDI solution for European countries ensuring successful transmissions,
• Implementation of new EDI partners and solutions according to SFR guidelines,
• Work closely with internal and external teams on incident and problem resolution as needed,
• Maintain a high level of customer service, and provide creative solutions to develop/improve processes.

From a successful candidate we expect:

• Familiarity with EDI standards (EDIFACT, UBL) and systems (Biztalk, Oracle Fusion),
• Basic IT experience (scripting, sFTP,  SQL, XML),
• Accuracy and diligence to ensure trustworthy and reliable solutions,
• Communicative English and excellent communication skills.
