Editor / Proofreader

• To assist in drafting, edit, correct and coordinate inputs from many contributors to internal and external documents and information published in internal communication channels.
• To perform linguistic and editorial checks of documents, ensure compliance with Frontex style and terminology, enhance and keep up-to-date the database of articles.
• To prepare and process internally the formalities and documents related to procedures of Polish administration and HQ agreement matters such as MFA identity cards and others.
• To provide linguistic and administrative support and in-house assistance to expatriate staff in daily dealings with Polish administration, make appointments at offices and deliver files.
• To register, verify, encode, process and forward the requests for translations performed by translation centre and administer the database of translations.
• To keep documents and administrative files up-to-date and in good order.

• Successfully completed secondary education related to the administrative, management, law, HR, finance, linguistic.
• Very good skills in the main MS Office software (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Very good command of both written and spoken English (at least B2/C1)
• Previous experience in administrative tasks;
• Experience in information management;
• Knowledge of publishing workflows;
• Experience in assisting in organization of meetings and events in an international or multilingual context.

• Daily remuneration: 84.65 EUR net
