You will become part of our Learning & Development – Content Creation team in Katowice, collaborate closely with our headquarters team in Nuremberg and employees around the world and support Hemmersbach's operational excellence journey by working within a highly skilled content production team creating digital content ranging from eLearning courses and animations.
You will primarily focus on developing training content that helps convey complex information in a clear, concise way.
- Leading our eLearning projects, from content conceptualization, through creation to delivery
- Creating interactive eLearning content using various tools
- Developing, implementing and managing online learning activities
- Managing deadlines and ensuring the targets are met within the agreed standards
- Acting as a go-to-person for departments, project teams and executives in terms of conceptualization of online learning content and virtual training sessions
- Promoting an innovative learning culture and setting a high-quality standard in the field of digital learning
- Cooperating with subject matter experts and copywriters
- Minimum of 3 years of work experience within the field of L&D
- Experience in the field of education and training, familiarity with the challenges of decentralized learning via virtual learning platforms and communication tools
- Didactic knowledge and familiarity with various methods and tools for digital learning
- Expertise in the authoring tool Articulate Storyline
- A good knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite tools
- Strong English skills
- Creativity and storytelling skills
