Responsibilites
Development and support of firmware (C, assembler) for different microcontrollers used in consumer electronics and home appliances including architecture, design, coding and documentation of the software. This position assumes in-depth understanding of the consumer electronic value-chain, importance of the BOM and ability to deliver great quality results on very constraint hardware platforms.
Requirements
- 5-year experience with low-level C/Assembler programming
- Experience in embedded software development, preferable for microcontrollers
(AVR, ARM/Cortex, PIC)
- Experience with cross compilers, debuggers, etc.
- Familiarity with SVN (or similar), JIRA and GNU tools
- Knowledge of RTOS application development
- Shell Scripting/Python is a plus
