EMEA Employer Branding Specialist

Scope of Responsibilities/Expectations:
• Initiating and executing long and short term branding initiatives (job fairs, technical talks, educational events at universities etc.)
• Building MSI digital brand presence through digital advertising and social media
• Developing exceptional candidate experience by creating consistent and engaging communications
• Partnering with internal and external teams and organizations to identify strategic sourcing needs to develop campaigns for critical talent pipelines
• Creating compelling content that represents what it's like to work at MSI in all relevant EMEA locations
• Liaising with PR agencies in developing articles and social media plans
• Liaising with internal and external graphic designers in building branding materials
• Reporting on efficiency of all branding actions
