Employer Brand Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist with developing and implementing PR campaigns (internal and external) to increase HR brand awareness
- Collaborating with PR agencies and media
- Produce and distribute press releases for appropriate and newsworthy events
- Research vendors / sponsorship opportunities and make selections based on requirements, quality, and cost
- Assist with corporate events organization
- Develop content for event materials and work with the copywriters, designers, etc.
- Organization and participation in conferences, meetups, etc.
- Support with development of relationships with tech universities
REQUIREMENTS:
- At least 1 year of experience in a PR or Events role
- Demonstrable experience in PR and events
- Outstanding communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills
- Strong project management skills and organizational skills
- Incredible attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Advanced level of Polish language
- English at least B2 level
