What will you do:
Reporting to the Invoicing Team Lead, the Invoicing Associate will be responsible for all aspects of invoicing within the organization. Invoicing Associate is expected to have knowledge of contract and invoice contents and ability to translate it to accurate invoicing and revenue concepts. The Invoicing Associate is responsible for delivering optimal invoicing presentment and delivery solutions for our client. They will partner with both internal and external teams to execute and improve invoicing processes by identifying issues impacting invoicing and improve accuracy through short term and long-term efficiency solutions.
- Accurate and timely setup and update of accounts in the billing/invoicing system.
- Manage daily ticketing queues in a professional, timely, concise and precise manner which includes researching the invoice discrepancies, pulling the raw reports/revenue reports, updating the address/contact information and customer service to answer billing / invoicing related concerns.
- Perform standard and non-standard quality audit of billing / invoicing file, invoices to be delivered, contract entry and accounts that are setup and updated in the system.
- Ensures that billing / invoicing activities are performed within the SLAs’ requirements
- Collaborate with Team lead to improve processes and its implementation.
What do we expect?

- Proven experience in MS Office
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to work under pressure to meet aggressive deadlines and prioritize independently
- Strong analytical skills with ability to draw conclusions and suggest potential solutions
