Responsibilities:
- Planning, managing as well as executing goals of Centrum Europejskich Inicjatyw Edukacyjnych
- Promotion of the institution on the European educational market
- Establishment of international contacts, cooperation with educational institutions
- Administrative management of educational projects, including building and managing of project teams (recruit, develop a work plan, coordinate team and sub-team activities), following delivery phase of the project, ensuring proper communication with the team, monitoring progress and quality of work delivered
- Communication with project partners, manage expectations on project deliverables
- Active participation in numerous transnational meetings, seminars, training and workshops
- Management and monitor of project constraints – schedule, scope and costs;
- Monitor and report on project performance, progress and risk status;
- Cooperation with local and regional authorities and medias
Requirements:
- University degree (preferable social studies, PR, marketing and management)
- Fluent English written and spoken
- Marketing and promotional skills
- High level of time management
- Computer literacy (MS Office)
- Excellent oral and written communication skills – able to effectively present ideas and information in a professional business environment
- Openness and creativity in thinking; ability to learn quick
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Ability to work with high degree of intensity, stress resistance
- Commitment to work, readiness for business trip
