Media Manager
Duties and responsibilities:
- Co-create media strategy together with Cluster’s Brand Marketing and E-commerce teams, as well as EMEA and Global Media teams.
- Contribute to campaigns media planning (online and offline) including price guarantees monitoring and required negotiations.
- Monitor and analyze campaigns performance and advise on changes.
- Consolidate and report on media performance and overall campaigns results, together with optimization recommendations for upcoming ones.
- Manage relationships with media agencies: contracts and ways-of-working, conditions and audits with global partner and company’s Global Procurement, evaluation of media agency performance, implement required tools and dashboards etc.
- Own media spending efficiency and media KPIs.
- Secure media strategies and budget to deliver relevant traffic to our offline stores and e-com (in cooperation with online store teams).
- Create advanced segmentation strategies to reach customers from the target group.
- Secure media intelligence and keep up to date with the latest developments and trends across paid advertising.
- Implement all mandatory global media tools (e.g. Econometric Sales modelling, Adtechtools etc.) • Streamline and implementation of Global/EMEA projects in the media related field.
Qualifications:
- Master degree (in marketing or similar field would be an advantage)
- Strong expertise in media (media planning, buying, analysis) coming out from min. 4-years experience on a media agency side
- Strong expertise in digital media
- Knowledge and experience in marketing and media analysis • Knowledge and experience in driving econometric modelling projects
- Proficiency in digital and analytics tool such as Google Analytics, Adobe Campaign, Double Click, Accutics • Knowledge of ad tagging tools
- Proficiency in MS Excel • Very good knowledge of English (spoken and written)
