What will you do?
- Review quality samples agreed upon by the client and Accenture within specified TAT
- Perform analysis on quality trends and flag quality-related risks to the project leadership
- Ability to conduct coaching sessions to ensure process consistency and reduce error disputes
- Mapping out of the operational training plan based on the needs of the business requirements
- Execution and management of end to end training process to official transition to production, ensuring on-time and precise delivery of Pre-Process (Pre-Product), Process (Product), and On-The-Job training programs including remediation process if necessary
- Appropriate and regular review and/or enhancement of existing processes to make certain that the project’s required metrics are successfully met
- Conduct training needs analysis process
- Mapping out of curriculum and plotting of daily/weekly training agenda
- Planning the training calendar & logistics, being POC for training team on client side
- Very good English and German (C1)
- Experience in analytical activities and highly developed computer skills (MS Office)
- Very good communication skills
- Ability to present to an audience and effectively manage learning process
- Effectively handling and addressing issues and requests from the teams/project
- Ability of implementation end-to-end training needs analysis in identifying intervention approaches to address performance gaps in production
- Using foreign language and new technology solutions daily, cooperating with various global Clients.
