Minimum Qualifications
- BA/ BS degree or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years experience in acquisitions and relationship building/ business development
- Strong desire to achieve targets, exceeding revenue and quality, productivity and customer satisfaction targets
- Solid Google Ads knowledge
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to be able to pitch over the phone and compose compelling proposals
- Good time management and ability to organize the day effectively
- Experience using CRM system
- Team player able to work in a fast-paced and constantly evolving environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with needs-based selling techniques (e.g. SPIN) and excellent listening skills
- Google Ads certification
- Salesforce experience/ knowledge
- Experience in advertising and/or media sales
- Ability to speak and write English fluently and idiomatically (native level of English skills is preferred)
- Team player with problem solving, analytical and communication skills
- Passionate about sales, technology and the internet, with a desire to learn and develop
- Proactive – can work with minimal supervision
Responsibilities:
- Ability to effectively work on Inbound and Outbound leads provided by client
- Responsible for assigned portfolio, optimizing your clients' Google Ads campaigns, and ensuring that customer expectations are met
- Ability to be an advisor for companies in relation to their online advertising campaigns, with the opportunity of having a significant impact on their business
- Target driven environment, so ability to achieve individual sales targets as well as being part of a larger sales team increasing the Google Ads customer base across region is crucial
- Be part of the largest Google Ads team who creates unique customer experiences while actively affecting the online marketing environment
