- Determines operational feasibility of security solutions by evaluating analysis, problem definition, requirements, solution development, and proposed solutions.
- Documents and demonstrates security solutions by developing documentation, flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, charts, code comments and clear code.
- Prepares and installs security solutions by determining and designing system specifications, standards, and programming.
- Improves operations of security solutions by conducting systems analysis and recommends changes in policies and procedures.
- Supports the evaluation of different solutions and vendors; recommends purchases; testing and approving products.
- Minimum 4 years of cyber security experience.
- Solid background in IT Security with a specialization on Endpoint security (Malware protection, Anti-virus).
- Good understanding of all aspects of IT Security and experience in IT security implementations.
- Hands-on experience with endpoint security products (FireEye, Mandiant, McAfee, Symantec) preferred.
- Background in Financial Services Industry preferred.
- Knowledge of project management and SDLC preferred.
- University Degree in a technology area (IT Security preferred) or equivalent industry experience.
We seek for an IT Security Engineer to join the global Cyber Security Services team. The Cyber Security team is responsible for building and governing the firm's overall cyber security service. The candidate should have a strong background in cyber security, with specialist experience in one or more of the following technical domains: Advanced Malware Protection, Endpoint Security, Network Security.
Having a solid amount of experience with such platforms as FireEye HX, Mandiant MIR and HP ArcSight under your belt, you will be comfortable with designing, engineering and deploying security technology components, preferably in large complex environments.
Working on this position you will work in a global team and take over the Engineer responsibilities for one or more projects, design technical implementations for integration of various security components, oversee deployment of various security technology components and act as the subject matter expert for your domain.
