We are currently looking a candidate to role
Engineering Supervisor
Place of work: Kleszczów
Main duties:
- Defining annual department targets in cooperation with Engineering Department Manager
- Conducting activities and cooperation in order to achieve the assumed budget of the Department and Projects by optimizing costs
- Coordination of investment projects in the Plant and projects related to the infrastructure and technical equipment of the Plant
- Provision and knowledge of legal aspects, technical and technological standards and internal procedures applicable in the area of plant infrastructure and equipment
Main requirements:
- Degree in Engineering, Master of Engineering in specializing in mechanics, electricity or related
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience on a similar position
- Minimum 2 years experience in managing teams on FMCG production - industrial/manufacturing environment
- Fluent in English – mandatory (both oral and written)
- Intermediate in Germany (both oral and written)
- Ability to work within multi-functional, multi-cultural and multi-geographical teams
- Be able to communicate with customers and external services providers
- Ability to frequent changes and seek solutions
