For our Client- internationally recognized production company, we are looking for Candidates to join Shared Service based in Cracow.

At the position of Customer Service Executive you will be responsible for daily cooperation with American Clients via both phone and email. You will answer their questions, manage their purchase orders and ensure satisfaction with our service. The relationship we have with our customers is crucial and you will have an influence on what it is like.
  
You will get to know logistics processes such as demand, production, and planning transportation. You will also learn about pricing, sales and marketing-related processes in order to more successfully manage your customer accounts.

We are looking for very communicative, open, enthusiastic individuals. English language at C1 level is a must. Good analytical skills and detail orientation is also required.
