For our Client, international transport company, we are currently looking for candidates with excellent English skills to work in recently created office located in Cracow.
As a part of a newly established team, you will be responsible for providing high-level of services. Your duties will include communication with other departments to set pricing support for Clients and carefully data entry. In your scope of activities will be also monitoring revenue accounts and developing process improvements to operational pricing.
To be successful on this position you need to have communication and negotiation skills; as well as be a detail-oriented person. Experience in Customer Service will be an asset. According to cross-functional projects and international scope of activities at this position you have to be fluent in English. Ideal candidate should be flexible and wiling to be faced with challenges.
