ERP Support Engineer

Your new role

The ERP Support Engineer has a global function to coordinate and manage incoming customer requests in relation to the ERP Application Landscape in scope of the GSC ERP support team. You are the responsible for execution, transfer to 3rd party including follow up or transfer to the right department or colleague. Your main personal goal is to create the highest level of user satisfaction and meeting GSC Support KPI’s. You will take ad-hoc shared responsibility within project workgroups and additional roles when requested. You will respect the boundaries of the ICT rules & regulations.


What you'll need to succeed

Minimum 3 year experience with BPCS support.
Development experience is a plus
English and Polish
Travel up to 10%
Good Knowledge of System-I Operating System and DB2/400
Knowledge of Microsoft Operating Systems & Applications
Very good Knowledge of BPCS and ERP processes
Knowledge on application life cycle and change management in a sox controlled environment ITIL foundation certified
Experience in a Multi-cultural, multi-country, 24/7 manufacturing environment is required
Solid incident & problem solving skills
Change management awareness
Good technical and functional understanding of complex ERP application landscapes
Proactive team working and collaboration attitude
 Strong internal and external customer focus
Stress resistant, flexible, result-oriented, self-starting, self-motivated and able to work independently
Strong customer service orientation (“Customers comes first” mindset)
