Your new role
The ERP Support Engineer has a global function to coordinate and manage incoming customer requests in relation to the ERP Application Landscape. You will be responsible for execution, transfer to 3rd party including follow up or transfer to the right department or colleague. Your main personal goal is to create the highest level of user satisfaction and meeting Support KPI’s. You will take ad-hoc shared responsibility within project workgroups and additional roles when requested.

What you'll need to succeed
Our Client is interested in candidates with at least 3 year experience with BPCS support, good knowledge of System-I Operating System and DB2/400 and knowledge of Microsoft Operating Systems & Applications. It would be perfect if you have experience in multi-cultural, multi-country, 24/7 manufacturing environment. As an ERP Support Engineer you should also manifest competencies such as knowledge on application life cycle and change management in a sox controlled environment, solid incident & problem solving skills, change management awareness, good technical and functional understanding of complex ERP application landscapes.
Ideal Candidate is a result-oriented, self-starting team player with the strong internal and external customer focus.
Development experience is a plus.
