Your new company is one of the world’s largest providers of enterprise applications and right now is in a start-up phase in Poland. Our Client is looking for ambitious candidates to build a brand new team of consultants.

Your new role
You will be a contact between the company and its clients and your responsibilities will be to administer reporting tools, analyse and review actual service performance, keep client informed of service events, actions and opportunities in order to provide the best service possible.

What you'll need to succeed
To succeed in this role you need to have IT background, 2 years' work-related experience prepared you for client support work, fluent German and strong analytical skills. You should also have excellent time management, communication, presentation and organizational skills.
