Your new role
The role of ERP Support will be to act as a single point of contact between IT department and clients and be a second level resolution point.
What you'll need to succeed
To apply for this position you need to have at least few years of experience with supporting clients in IT sector and preferably knowledge of ERP systems. You should also have experience with at least one of the followings: RPG, Java, Oracle/MS-SQL, SharePoint. Due to work within international environment, fluent English and French is necessary.
