European Finance Development Traineeship

For our client, an international organization located in Poznań, we are looking for candidates interested in position of European Finance Development Traineeship.

Within this role you’ll be integrated into the business, working as a business consultant, offering advice and making recommendations that will be highly valued. And you‘ll have a real chance to gain international experience during the course of the programme. Ideal candidate will have support from Manager and a Mentor – a senior manager. Our client will support you with tailored development plans and structured training programmes. But you will also be assessed on performance and progress. On the other hand, you will work in an environment that automatically assumes you have personal qualities and that encourages international career opportunities. The ideal candidate for this role will hold preferably a Master’s degree, preference studies in Economics or Finance- related fields. Additionally a suitable candidate will have international exposure – at least 6 months for example education or internship experience and have 1,5 year of work experience. Moreover we are looking for people who are mature and confident, well rounded individual with broad interests and also with key interests in finance. Personal competences include learning agility and high caliber with leadership potential and high cognitive capabilities. Fluent level of English as well as Polish is a must. Finally the person should be mobile in home country. Mobility in Europe is required during the program for a 1 year placement and after the program as becoming part of the European talent fool for CFO position.
