Exchange and Lync Engineer

On behalf of our Client, the global company located in the city center, to the internal IT department, we are currently looking for: Exchange/ Lync Engineer

On this position main responsibilities include:

• support the email and unified communications infrastructure delivering services to a 6000 users located globally
• everyday work on Exchange 2010, Lync 2013 and Symantec Enterprise Vault
• liaising with other teams
• identification and investigation of all supported services problems and issues, performing root cause analysis, and implementing an action plan for the resolution and dissemination of conclusions
• proactive a day-to-day live services monitoring
• look after Incidents and Problems queues in the IT Service Management System

  Requirements:

• at least 3 years of experience in technical support in Microsoft Directory Services and Exchange 2007/2010/2013 in Microsoft Windows Server 2003/2008 environments
• hands on knowledge of Exchange 2010/2013 implementation and migration experience
• very good knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory
• MS Lync 2010/2013 implementation and support experience
• Microsoft ForeFront product deployment and support experience
• experience of managing HA infrastructure across multi data centre environments & regions would be additional asset
• understanding of third party cloud e-mail security services (Postini/Google, Message Labs, etc.) and e-mail archiving tools (preferred Symantec EV 10)
• experience with E-mail encryption technologies (S/MIME, TLS, PGP)

• due to working in an international environment very good English (written and spoken) is a must
