Executive Assistant-Marketing

Responsibilites
- Provide administrative support
- Manage internal and external communication
- Calendar management including scheduling and assistance of meetings (arranging meetings, conference calls, preparing meeting minutes)
- Organize events, conferences and business meetings
- Assistance in preparation of reports the business requires.
- Assist with office management/facilities management
- Arrange business trips, supply all the necessary documents and prepare expense reports
- Supporting the Manager in his daily work
- Processing internal documents flow
- Working with database, creating requests and processing contracts
Requirements
- Fluent English
- At least 2 years of previous experience on similar position in international company
- Microsoft Office package strong knowledge
- Proactive approach
- Well organized and flexible, good communication/interpersonal skills
- Ability to multi-task and manage priorities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to operate under pressure and meet deadlines
