- Reporting directly to General Manager, Executive Chef will be responsible for team development, menu engineering and costing, as well as management of all kitchen operations.
- Dedication to culinary excellence as well as passion and creativity to surpass client expectations at all levels is essential.

- Following Direct Food Safety and Hygiene to international standards and ensure compliance with all local regulation
- Experience from 4* or 5* Hotels or well-known fine dining restaurant
- Fluent Polish and English
- HACCAP knowledge
- Experience, commitment and motivation to drive the hotel restaurant forward to the highest level
- At least 2 years experience as Executive Chef or 4 as Sous Chef
- Interesting and challenging job
- Being the pillar of the pre-opening team of the first hotel in Poland under this exceptional Luxury brand with the unique restaurant concept
