As a Service Desk Consultant you will be responsible for providing first line support for Clients, handling and solving issues by phone and emails. In addition, you will be able to participate in various projects and extend your professional knowledge.
We expect excellent command of German and very good command of English. Experience within Customer Service area would be an advantage, as well as previous experience within Help Desk. Ideal Candidate is a communicative and open – minded person with proactive attitude and positive approach toward working with people. Good computer skills are required.
